‘The Bear’

EMÁJYN created an experience inspired by the Emmy and Golden Globe-winning TV sensation, ‘The Bear,’ for 100 of the country’s top Chief Marketing Officers as the finale to Adweek’s Inaugural Marketing Vanguard Excursion in Chicago.

Guests were treated to a private dining experience featuring the renowned chefs, restauranteurs and mouthwatering dishes from Sydney's iconic Chicago food tour. The menu included cravings from James Beard-winning restaurants such as avec and Publican, Michelin-starred institutions like Kasama, and beloved casual dining spots like Pequod's and Mr. Beef, the show’s inspiration. Guests enjoyed firsthand stories from the chefs and restaurateurs as well including Donnie Madia, Paul Kahan, Rob Levitt, Dylan Patel, Tim Flores, and Chris Zucchero, sharing how their gastronomic creations contributed to the program's culinary fascination.
