‘The Bear’

EMÁJYN has produced a series of immersive experiences in Chicago inspired by the Emmy and Golden Globe–winning TV phenomenon The Bear, designed for some of the country’s top executive and corporate groups.

Each edition celebrates Chicago’s vibrant culinary scene, bringing together renowned chefs, restaurateurs, and the mouthwatering dishes featured in the show’s world. Menus have showcased favorites from James Beard Award–winning restaurants such as Avec and Publican, Michelin-starred institutions like Ever and Kasama, and beloved casual staples 
like Pequod’s and Mr. Beef — the show’s original muse.

Across these events, guests have enjoyed intimate storytelling and behind-the-scenes insight from culinary leaders including Donnie Madia, Paul Kahan, Rob Levitt, Dylan Patel, Tim Flores, and Chris Zucchero, revealing how their creations helped fuel the program’s enduring cultural and gastronomic allure.
