The excursion began in Lisbon where guests were led by a renowned local food and travel journalist, revealing the city's culinary and cultural essence through interactions at many of the city’s everyday haunts. The immersion continued with a private traditional Fado show, captivating guests with soulful vocals and unique guitar accompaniment.

After enjoying a scenic train ride north to Porto, the group was guided by two local experts who once unveiled Porto's secrets to Anthony Bourdain. Our guests delved into the city's cultural landmarks and gastronomic pleasures including the vibrant street food scene. They experienced unforgettable meals at renowned destinations, including a 2-Michelin Star cliffside restaurant featuring breathtaking views, and a private wine cellar dinner at the city’s most renowned Port producer.

The final days played out in the enchanting landscapes of Galicia, Spain. EMÁJYN orchestrated a private tour of Santiago de Compostela, an UNESCO World Heritage Site, immersing guests in the city's rich history. Guests stayed at a celebrated boutique hotel in the countryside and enjoyed a day on a private boat unveiling the stunning Spanish coast. The trip culminated in an unforgettable farewell dinner at one of the most celebrated restaurants in the region, exclusively opened privately for the group, including a behind-the-scenes tour with the restaurant’s lauded chef.
